SpaceandPeople markets, sells and administers promotional and mall retail space in high footfall venues internationally, including shopping centres, garden centres, city centres, retail parks and travel hubs.

Job Description for Telesales leads Account Executive

Department: Outbound Sales

Reoprting to: Sales Manager Promo

Salary Expectations:£17,500

Role Profile

To be the first point of contact for all incoming new business leads. Via the telephone by accepting incoming calls or emails, and maintaining acceptable levels of customer service – in order to log and manage leads. You will be clarifying a promoters requirements whether small or large businesses and advertising agencies. Your primary function is to accurately determine the relevant Account Manager and team that a lead should be passed to while logging on CRM and relevant databases which need to be regularly updated.

Job Description

•Take incoming calls/emails and professional speak to new clients to qualify which department their enquiry should be passed to.

•Input all data onto the CRM and access accurately and promptly as agreed with the client.

•Maintain the lead database to required deadlines and report on this as detailed.

•Maintain up to date product knowledge about SpaceandPeople services and systems.

•Liaise with other departments to provide the best customer service available.

•Deal with queries, complaints, inquiries etc. efficiently and promptly and report to line manager with a recommended course of action based on accurate and verifiable information.

•Adhere to all company standards of performance and carry out additional tasks as directed by a manager.

Person Specification

Knowledge – Full training given on our product and centres

Attitude – Positive, tenacious, enthusiastic, persistent, self motivated, patient, flexible, sense of humour.

Sales skills – Limited experience but with desire to grow into an Account manager role. Professional at all times, good listener, articulate, good communication skills with an ability to think quickly.

Work habits – Well organised, ability to plan, work towards deadlines and under pressure, target oriented/goal driven.

No specific educational requirements although must be literate and numerate with clear speaking voice.

Experience not required although will not preclude.

Personality with professionalism (people buy people).

Ability to learn and work within defined parameters.

Basic computer literacy.

Job Description for Venues Manager/Executive (D.O.E.)– Maternity Cover

Based: London

Job Responsibilities Summary

Enable SpaceandPeople to overachieve our sales targets at Network Rail, St Pancras International and Iconic London Venues through:

•Working with the Senior Venues Manager/Venues Manager and Sales teams to deliver the venue by venue strategies

•Developing excellent relationships with all appropriate staff at both portfolio and venue level

•Developing a deep understanding of the Health and Safety, paperwork and logistical requirements of each venue and provide a basic guide for internal colleagues.

•Supporting the SVM/VM in liaising with marketing, agencies and photographers to build case studies, presentations, site maps and guides.

•Developing new opportunities for the sales team (sectors / spaces).

•Completing centre visits and presentations as required.

•Liaising with venues and clients to provide feedback on their experiences and implementing improvements where appropriate.

•Supporting the SVM/VM in monitoring venue and portfolio performance against agreed targets highlighting variances both positive and negative on a monthly basis

•Producing monthly reports for all venues and associated analysis for centre meetings.

•Developing strong relationships and proactively managing the relationship at the regional NR stations

Sales Account Manager - (Glasgow based)

Reporting to: Sales Director

Job Description

· Sell promotional space and associated services within venues via the telephone

· Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate business

· Define clients’ needs and fulfil them by offering solutions to their requirements

· Deal with a mix of new and existing customers to encourage continued spend or canvass new promoters

· Achieve and over achieve on personal KPIs and sales targets

· Understand client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer the best business solutions

Person Specification

· Previous sales experience preferably B2B sales experience required

· Personality with professionalism

· Ability to learn and work within defined parameters

· Commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical and consultative approach to sales

· IT literate

· Training and mentoring will be given
