Sales Account Manager
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager
Purpose of the Role
To sell promotional space and associated services within venues via the telephone. You will handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls and maintain acceptable levels of customer service. The goal is to achieve maximum revenue. You will be selling the benefits of our venues and experiential marketing to a variety of client’s dependant on your specific business area. These include small and large businesses, retail clients and advertising agencies. You should aim to maximise every sales opportunity. You will define clients’ needs and fulfil them by offering solutions to their requirements. Your primary function is to gain new promoters by canvassing from publications or lead sources. Additionally you will service existing promoters to encourage continued spend and to maximise revenue from unsolicited incoming new business.

Agency Account Manager
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our London sales team. The role is working within our Brand and Agency Team who actively sell our 350 UK venues to experiential and traditional advertising agencies. www.spaceandpeople.com
We are in constant dialogue with the UK's biggest brand owners, field marketing, PR and sales promotion agencies to drive up occupancy and the quality of promotions in venues. The role is varied and can be subject to change as we strive to keep up-to-date with our clients' needs. Therefore good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements is essential. Being adept at communicating and influencing is key, and experience of handling commercial business information, while providing exceptional service to our clients is at the centre of what we do.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a Media Sales or Experiential/Field Marketing role. In addition, we look for you to be passionate about sales, and strive to find creative and innovative ways to aid your agencies and brands in delivering successful marketing strategies, ensuring that experiential is central to their strategy.
